Qc Executive

Job Responsibilities 1) To plan and lead QC team in daily goods inspection in compliance with procedures and specifications. 
2) To arrange and monitor manpower and ensure that the quality is maintained for IQC, IPQC and OQC.
3) To maintain close rapport, guide and motivate QC staff to ensure their attitude, approach towards work is at the highest level and comply with the company code of conduct. 
4) To ensure that all products released to the field are based on documentation and specification review  
    and approval.
5) To record non-conformance items and follow-up corrective action within the time frame.
6) To ensure and maintain daily records, reports and implement 5S at the workplace.
7) To perform any other related duty or similar duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements 1) Minimum 2 ~ 3 years working experiences in manufacturing field. Experience in QA/QC function will be a 
   plus.
2) Strong leadership with good interpersonal communicating skills.
3) Be a change agent with growth mindset.
4) Good co-ordination skills. Experience in Lean concept is a plus.
5) Willing to work overtime on daily basis and weekend whenever require.
6) Willing to work 5.5 days a week.
