Quality Assurance Inspector

**Responsibilities**:- Leads shift QC Coordinators for non-compliance material quarantine activities (including system and physical quarantine ) to prevent unintended use- Performs supervisory and administrative duties associated with inspection personnel management- Coordinates the tasks and work plans of the Quality assurance area- Observes and verifies the accuracy and adequacy of the inspection activities and records- Responsible for material flow, storage of parts, and accurate inventory transactions- Generates and maintains quality metrics and reports, as required, and implements appropriate preventive /corrective actions(as needed) to improve quality requirements- Assists in the development of visual and dimensional inspection/test procedures and material specifications- Support in routine audit readiness activities- Works with QA, Manufacturing, and other department personnel, as necessary, to support quality and business objectives- Assumes and performs other duties as assigned by Management**Required Requirements**:Minimum a Bachelor's degree with- 3 years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) as applied to medical devices- Proficiency with Microsoft Office- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work longer hours when required
