As a Quality Control Section Engineer at OCIM SDN BHD, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
You will lead quality control efforts, develop and implement procedures, and work closely with production teams to drive continuous improvement in quality.
Develop and implement quality control processes and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Conduct quality audits and inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions.
Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations and requirements.
Provide training and support for employees on quality control best practices and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspection results and prepare reports for management review.
Assist in the management of non-conformance reports and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
Stay informed about industry standards and advancements in quality assurance practices.
Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and quality control methodologies.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
