Quality Inspector

**RESPONSIBILITIES**To perform inspection of purchased parts, sub-assemblies or finished products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and (or) electrical measurement.To conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards and to make sure that the results of the inspection and testing are documented accurately.To conduct start-up inspection for equipment in daily basis.To evaluate problem and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise.To participate in improvement activity for ESS and ICC.To work with Production Department to provide feedback to assemblers according to procedures.To monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibrationTo participate in the construction and (or) revision of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for the inspection function.To maintain all controlled document files and test records in timely and accurate manner.To rework reject sub-assemblies or finished product as required.To close all complete jobs in iCapt system and reject parts move to DA or DV.To follow all applicable safety rules and policies such as PPE, Process Safety and Emergency Actions.To maintain good housekeeping (5S) and comply to safety standards.To commit towards company Integrated Management System (IMS)**REQUIREMENTS**- Excellence health- Must be able to work in shift, long hours and mobile when required- Have knowledge and experience in Assembly line and production maintenance- Able to read and write in Malay and English languag**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payApplication Deadline: 08/31/2023Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
