Quantity Surveryor (Puncak Alam) - Urgent

We are supporting a building material company in hiring a Quantity Surveyor in Puncak Alam.

Responsibilities
• Responsible in analyse the preliminary cost and budget estimation.
• Prepare quotation based on client requirement.
• Support sales team in checking tender and contract documents.
• Prepare tender reports and attend tender interviews.
• Support finance depart in check and verify payment claims, variation and final accounts.
• Any other tasks assigned from the management.
Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience.
• Meticulous and willingness to travel.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Due to liaise with China customer)
• Preferably able to start immediately, and willing to work at Bandar Puncak Alam
