Our client "Fuka Interior Decoration Sdn Bhd" is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Cum Purchasing (Interior Design) to join their company!   What you'll be doing? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and prices.Ability to analyze data, assess market trends, and make informed purchasing decisions.Skills in managing projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.Ability to troubleshoot issues related to supply chain disruptions or vendor performance.Understanding construction law and contract management is crucial for effective cost control and dispute resolution.Responsible for site valuation, preparation of progress claims, variation order.Place order & prepare PO of project material used.
 
 Who are they looking for? Candidate MUST have required/related 3 years work experience in Interiors Design background.Required language(s): Mandarin (Good), English (Good), Bahasa Malaysia. (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers)Good interpersonal skill, positive attitude, initiative, independent, meticulous analytical and pro-active.
