Quantity Surveyor

-Construction cost management


-Preparation of cost estimation/project budget/cash flow based on preliminary or detail design


-Preparation of bill of quantities (BQ)/tender document and invite contractor to tender for the project


-Involved in tender evaluation and interview


-Preparation of contract document/letter award for the tendered project


-Involved in preparation of progress claim/progress certificate


-Conduct site valuation


-To source quotation from sub-contractors of various trades and evaluate the quotation accordingly to the necessary award of the sub-contractors


-Pre and post contract administration and control

; Requirements:-


-Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent


-Minimum 5 years and above experience in related field


-Preferably specializing in Quantity Surveying for high rise residential building


-High integrity, self-motivated, able to work independently and discipline


-Good communication skill, present pleasant attitude and co-operative 


-Willing to travel and works in outstation


-Able to communicate in English and Malay


Salary : RM 2,000 – RM 3,000
