Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Conductcost estimation, tendering, and procurement activities specificallyfor Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) aspects ofconstruction projects.Prepareand analyze project cost reports, budgets, and forecasts for CSAworks.Conductfeasibility studies and risk assessments pertaining to CSAcomponents.Evaluateand negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts related to CSAsystems.MonitorCSA project progress and ensure adherence to budgetaryconstraints.Provideadvice on cost-effective solutions to enhance project profitabilitywith a focus on CSA.Collaboratewith project managers and stakeholders to ensure the successfulintegration of CSA systems into the overallproject.Requirements: Bachelor'sdegree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a relatedfield.Provenexperience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry,with specific experience in CSAprojects.Stronganalytical and mathematicalskills.Proficiencyin construction cost estimation software and MicrosoftExcel.Excellentcommunication and negotiationskills.Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.Knowledgeof local construction regulations and standards preferred.Professionalcertification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is aplus.Proficiencyin Mandarin, English, and Malay, with the ability to communicateeffectively withstakeholdersWillingnessto travel or relocate asrequired.What We Offer: Competitivecompensation and benefitspackage.Greatworking environment and teamatmosphere.Careerdevelopment opportunities.If youare interested, please contact me directly via WHATSAPP and provideyour resume to me ******** (Vivin) /******** (Kelly)
