Details of the offer

Responsibilities :
- tender BQ fill up, equipment sourcing, and cost calculation
- perform quantity take-off from tender drawings
- obtain quotes from approved sub-contractors / vendor during tender stage
- complete form of tenders including BQ for tender submission
- manage contract bindings
- valuing workdone and prepare monthly progress claim
- preparing and submitting final accounts up to conclusion of defect liability period
- perform selection and evaluation of supplies & sub-contractors
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate diploma, professional degrees in quantity surveying, construction engineering, construction management or related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in mechanical line (especially PLUMBING) in construction company, consultant company or related field.
- Required skilks: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad
- Required Languages : Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English
