Silicon Island Development Sdn Bhd (SIDSB) is a joint venture made up of the Penang Government's special purpose vehicle Penang Infrastructure Corporation (PIC) and the project delivery partner SRS Consortium Sdn Bhd (SRS). SIDSB's role as project developer (PD) includes hiring and maintaining an adequately staffed and competent project team to fulfill its obligations in the Project Development Agreement, which is the reclamation and development of Island A.
Job SummaryPre & Post Contracts Administration
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in Pre-Contract activities; preparation of tender documents, measurements, and tender & procurement process.
Assist in Post-Contract activities; attend project progress meetings, site evaluations, preparation of interim payments, general correspondence.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
QualificationsBachelor of Quantity Surveying
Skills & AbilitiesProficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in any specialist software.
Numeracy.
Great teamwork & commitment.
Expected Minimum Years of ExperienceFresh graduate / 1 year experience in construction field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
