Quantity Surveyor (Student Internship)

Assist superior in Pre and Post Quantity for vendor and contractor.- Assist superior in preparing Bills of Quantities, contracts, and other related documentation.- Assist superior in evaluating costs from main contractor and subcontractors.- Prepare and create Purchase Order using system.- Assist to verify, the cost-control of all vendors, sub-contractor, workers and etc.- Assist superior in Taking-off quantities for all the outlets' items.- Monitor and keep track of project progress and work closely with internal departments.- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the project are delivered on time.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3-6 monthsPay: RM300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)
