Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, and direct them to the meeting rooms and inform colleagues on the arrival of their visitors.Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.Provide general administrative support to various departments.Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.Assist in arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for employees and visitors.Assist in managing travel expenses and reimbursements.Oversee office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and making necessary orders.Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.Coordinate logistics, including catering, equipment setup, and guest accommodations.Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm) and every Saturday (9am – 1pm)
Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related field.Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.Familiarity with office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and basic office equipment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour in dealing with visitors, employees, and distributors.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
