Responsibilities



-Involve in recruitment process (recruit internal sales personnel with a monthly target); writing of job advertisements, callings of candidates and going through interviews with candidates.  


-Assist in planning, develop and implementing HR strategies and initiatives


-Assist in organising company events and staff social activities 


-Upkeep office environment, supplies and miscellaneous tasks


-Fluent in English and Mandarin, Malay is advantage
