-Build strong relationships with clients and candidates by acting as a trusted advisor and advocate. Understand their expectations and balance their needs from a neutral perspective.


-Understand client requirements in depth and provide valuable market insights to enhance their hiring strategies.


-Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent and attract passive candidates.


-Negotiate offers and close deals effectively to ensure a positive outcome for both clients and candidates.


-Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and continuously learning and developing your skills.
