Recruitment Coordinator, Supporting Taiwan/China Market

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support:Assist in the development and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.Source candidates through online databases, social media, and job fairs.Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Candidate Management:Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers.Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.Assist in preparing and conducting candidate assessments and interviews.Administrative Tasks:Prepare recruitment reports and track metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness.Ensure compliance with employment regulations and organizational policies.Onboarding Support:Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent English / Mandarin verbal and written communication skills.Attributes: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.Team player with a positive attitude.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Comfortable to be place under 3rd party vendor.
