Recruitment Intern

A Recruitment Intern is primarily responsible for ensuring the growth and maintenance of Monroe's extensive database of candidates and client companies. The position will require providing research in support of candidate identification and business development activities of the local office or specialty practice. 
The anticipated start date for this is 1 October 2024, with a duration of 3 months or more (depending on the requirement).
Responsibilities:



-Candidate Sourcing: Assist Consultants in Monroe on candidate sourcing, mainly via LinkedIn and external databases.


-Generate headhunting lists for targeted job assignments.


-Business Development Lead Generation: Support consultants to search for the key contacts (CEO, CFO, CIO, Sales and Marketing Director, etc.) of the targeted companies (this includes direct line, personal, or work email addresses) for business development purposes. 1. my.hiredly.com my.hiredly.com


-Market mapping for different and emerging industries, e.g., Fintech, EdTech, Healthtech, Manufacturing, etc., depending on organizational focus.


-Provide research support for upcoming recruitment projects and client proposal submissions.
