Your new role
Candidate management
-Represent Enterprise Solutions and self professionally in all dealings with candidates
-Input customer and candidate information on the recruitment technology system (ie 3SS, OneTouch or other) including updating records and candidate resumes in a timely and accurate manner
-Effectively pre-register candidates
-Assist Sourcing Centre team to longlist/shortlist vacancies if required
-Forward messages to the Sourcing team in a timely and efficient manner
-Manage returned candidate e-shots to confirm correct email addresses and update accurately on the recruitment technology system
-Generate and coordinate the communication of offer details to successful candidates where required
-Ensure aftercare is carried out effectively if required
Administration
-Coordinate meeting room bookings, conference calls, client and candidate functions/entertainment
-Complete reports and ad hoc projects as requested
What you'll need to succeed
-Minimum 1–2 years recruitment experience in any industry
-Experience in sourcing candidates via job board platforms
-Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
