Regional Hr Manager

Responsibilities: Supervise HR team to provide strong support in business partnering on human capitalization.Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.Application of relevant HR grants and workmen compensation available for improvement to talent management Lead the talent agenda by overseeing the development and strengthening of the talent bench strength to a build high performance workforce, ensure business continuity and sustainability.Lead the start-up initiatives of regional HQ.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organisation objective and foster a positive work environment.Partner country heads and HODs and to provide HR advisory across full HR spectrum, ranging from talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, compliance, employee engagement to talent alignment and change management.Champion company values and culture, create an environment of learning and growth, promoting diversity and inclusion.Preparation and monitoring of annual HR budget.Lead implementation of HRM system and ensure the HRM system continue to meet needs of evolving business model.Develop and implement Group HR handbook across operating units and regionsRequirements: Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in human resource management, social science or related fieldAt least 10 years practice in relevant HR field, with 7 years holding managerial position is requiredCandidate with regional experience will be added advantage.Competent in Job redesign, reviews, policy making & HR processes Familiar with industry best practices and able to constructively adapt and internalize for use Well versed and knowledgeable with employment Act, statutory rules and regulations in Singapore. Knowledge of employment act and regulations in Southeast Asia countries is an added advantagePossess excellent interpersonal skills, high level of emotional intelligence, presentation skills.Meticulous, committed and have good initiatives.Resourceful, good team player, good attitude and able to multi-task.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to collaborate with diverse teams.Able to travel to another region when required.
