Regional Procurement Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Job Description ;- 1. To arrange & deliver parts for project, installation and operation (repair works).- 2. To obtain & follow up quotation from suppliers.- 3. To get approval for purchasing (regional head & corporate office).- 4. To establish, record and update spare parts & purchasing cost database.- 5. To compile complete documents & submit to account department to prepare payment.- 6. To establish, record and update suppliers database.- 7. To record monthly purchasing cost / expenses.- 8. To establish selling price & determine profit margin for each quotation.- 9. To support the management in any business development activities.- 10.To improve the procurement process from time to time (digitalize, online sourcing)- Requirement- Minimum Degree In Finance or accounting with 2 years working experience in related field.
