Registered Valuer Branch Manager

Job Description:- To train and supervise Valuation Executives/Assistants in ensuring field inspections, compilations of data/information and valuations and report writings are of professional quality with thorough checking and zero error. All data are also to be analyzed/sieved and stored in the computer data bank.- To train and supervise draughtsman, search clerks and other departmental staff.- To review and sign the evaluation report prepared by Valuation Executive/Assistant.- To ensure appointments and instructions from clients are in the proper form and structure, which minimize risk in the collection of fees.- To ensure good customer service with all enquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.- To keep abreast of the latest development in valuation methodologies and techniques.- To keep abreast with the property market movements and developments including the construction industry and the competitors.- To ensure that the operational costs are properly controlled.- To market the valuation service as well as the other professional services offered by the Company.Job Requirements- License Registered Valuer from Board of Valuer, Appraiser, Estate Agents and Property Manager Malaysia- Bachelor in Estate Management or Property Management or related field recognized by Board of Valuer- Applicants must be willing to work in Sarawak- Speaking and writing in Malay and English. Mandarin will be advantage- Minimum working experience 5 years- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft software**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- real estate: 5 years (required)License/Certification:- Board of Valuer (required)Expected Start Date: 05/01/2024
