**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Account Management:**
- Assist in managing client accounts by ensuring timely communication and addressing client inquiries.
- Collaborate with account managers to devise strategies for improved client engagement and retention.

2. **Data Entry and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on account statuses, activities, and trends to support business decisions.

3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Act as the first point of contact for clients' issues and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or service issues.

4. **Process Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for enhancing account support processes and contribute ideas for streamlining tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices for client account management.

5. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist in the preparation of documentation related to client accounts, contracts, and agreements.
- Support the account management team with various administrative tasks as required.

6. **Time Management:**
- Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs across different time zones as required.

**Requirements:**

*Education and Experience:*
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an account management or customer support role, preferably in the maritime or transportation industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

*Skills and Abilities:*
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports to drive decisions and support strategic initiatives.
