### Job Overview:
SIRIM Berhad is seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through live chat support, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

### Responsibilities:
- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, providing clear and accurate information on services, products, and troubleshooting steps.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify customer needs and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Be resourceful in finding solutions and providing alternatives.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer management system.
- **Feedback Gathering:** Collect customer feedback on services and products to share with the team for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to escalate issues and ensure customer requests are handled in a timely manner.
- **Time Management:** Efficiently manage chat queues and prioritize tasks to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed within established service levels.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- **Innovation:** Contribute ideas for improvement to enhance the chat support process and overall customer experience. Engage in calculated risk-taking to drive innovation.

### Requirements:
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote setting. Experience with chat support platforms is a plus.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- **Personality Traits:** Energetic and resourceful with a proactive attitude, willing to take initiative and make decisions to enhance customer interactions.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask; must demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and customer engagement strategies.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with customer support software and tools; proficiency in MS Office and other necessary software applications.
- **Flexibility:** Availability to work part-time hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
