**Job Description:**

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Client Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. This part-time position entails managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be independent, proactive, and possess a strong ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will enhance their experience and help drive our business success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on product offerings, service changes, and other relevant information.

2. **Relationship Management:**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gauge satisfaction and identify potential areas for improvement.

3. **Service Delivery Support:**
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products and services, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Assist in resolving any service-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

4. **Problem-Solving:**
- Analyze client concerns and feedback to identify trends and develop proactive solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Utilize effective decision-making skills to resolve conflicts and challenges that may arise in client interactions.

5. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including inquiries, support needs, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Prepare periodic reports on client satisfaction and service performance for management review.

6. **Training and Development:**
- Participate in training sessions to further develop customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Share insights and feedback from clients with the internal team to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

7. **Performance Metrics:**
- Achieve established performance goals related to client satisfaction and service quality.
- Actively participate in performance reviews and contribute to discussions on professional growth and training needs.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- **Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously.
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for providing exceptional client service.
