Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and independent, with strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on AirAsia's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address client needs
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
