### Job Summary:
Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. ### Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding products and services offered by Kenanga Investment Bank.
- **Account Management:** Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy in transactions and timely updates on account activity.
- **Communication:** Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms. Provide clear, detailed, and appropriate responses to client inquiries.
- **Problem Solving:** Analyze client issues and implement effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure comprehensive communication and follow-ups.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to enhance the client experience and support the development of new service offerings.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Collect client feedback and suggest improvements to processes and services to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions to keep up-to-date with company policies, products, and best practices for client engagement.

### Requirements:
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Familiarity with investment banking products is a plus.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client communication and account management.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment and able to handle unexpected challenges.
