### Job Description
UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Client Support Associate to join our dynamic team. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely while providing essential support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and resourceful, demonstrating a drive to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and solutions.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and ensuring thorough communication to address issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- **Problem Resolution:** Utilize strong analytical skills to identify client needs and provide effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and support trends to assist in strategic decision-making.
- **Resource Development:** Collaborate with the team to create and enhance support resources, such as FAQs, guides, and training materials, to empower clients and promote self-service solutions.
- **Project Management:** Assist in the management of client-facing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery while keeping clients informed of progress.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to help drive new strategies for enhancing client support.

### **Requirements**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client support, customer service, or a related field.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in customer support software and tools. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:** Driven and resourceful; you should take initiative and possess an unwavering commitment to helping clients succeed.
- **Soft Skills:**
- **Creativity:** Ability to think outside the box to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
- **Project Management:** Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively and succinctly.
