**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve client concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist clients with service-related issues and inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate unresolved issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions with clients in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records of queries and issues.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and provide feedback to management for process improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on service offerings and industry best practices.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company and its values.

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent (a background in customer service or communications is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Energetic and dedicated work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate effective communication with clients.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing time and responsibilities in a remote setting.
