Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a dedicated **Remote Client Support Specialist** to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our clients while collaborating with colleagues from around the globe to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction**: Manage incoming client inquiries through various channels (email, phone, chat) and provide timely, accurate responses to enhance client satisfaction.

- **Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve client issues by utilizing your resourcefulness and creativity to suggest innovative solutions; escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams as necessary.

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues reported, and resolutions provided in the customer management system to ensure effective service tracking and reporting.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with various teams, including technical support and product development, to provide feedback on customer needs and trends, helping to shape future product offerings.

- **Training & Support**: Assist in creating training materials and resources for clients to enhance their product experience and maximize usage.

- **Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for client satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.

- **Feedback Loop**: Provide valuable feedback to management on customer insights and trends to drive continuous improvement in processes and offerings.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role, with a preference for experience in a remote or digital environment.

- **Education**: Relevant degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and standard office applications. Familiarity with telecommunications industry products and services is a plus.

- **Personality Traits**:
- **Confident** in handling client interactions and addressing inquiries effectively.
- **Resourceful** in finding solutions and navigating challenges.

- **Soft Skills**:
- **Creativity** in approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- **People Management** skills; ability to empathize and connect with clients while maintaining professionalism.

- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages may be an advantage.
