Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Contact Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to customers.
6. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.
7. Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes to better assist customers.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
2. Reliable and resilient personality traits.
3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
