Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Remote Contact Center Manager to join the Genting Group team. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our remote contact center to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. This part-time position is based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY and is at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the remote contact center- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to ensure performance goals are met- Train and mentor contact center agents to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively- Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions regarding staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation- Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and improve processes- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management
Requirements:- 5 years of experience in contact center management- Confident and driven personality traits- Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software
