As a Remote Customer Service Representative at QSR Brands, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, supporting customers with inquiries, issues, and guidance regarding our products and services. You will interact with customers through various channels and engage in direct communication to provide outstanding service and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding QSR products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with urgency and empathy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing customer feedback and service issues.

3. **Problem Solving:**
- Identify and analyze customer problems and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic solutions for recurring challenges.

4. **Customer Education:**
- Help customers understand our products and services, providing guidance on best practices.
- Create and maintain FAQ documents and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service solutions.

5. **Quality Assurance:**
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Engage in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service processes.
- Support your peers and assist with training new team members as needed.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- **Education:**
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

- **Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong strategic planning abilities and problem-solving skills.
