QSR Brands is seeking a motivated and confident Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a part-time specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality support for our products and services. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify customer challenges and provide solutions that enhance their experience.
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and resolve issues.
- Follow up on unresolved customer issues to ensure satisfaction and complete resolution.

3. **Order Management:**
- Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns accurately.
- Monitor order fulfillment and provide updates to customers regarding their orders.

4. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Gather customer feedback to understand trends and common issues.
- Collaborate with team members and management to propose solutions to recurring problems.
- Engage in continuous learning about products and services to stay informed and enhance customer interactions.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with fellow customer support specialists to share insights and improve team performance.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to foster a collaborative work environment.

6. **Performance Metrics:**
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to achieving departmental goals and deliverables.

**Requirements:**
1. **Education & Experience:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service is advantageous (minimum of 1 year).

2. **Personality Traits:**
- Driven: Demonstrating a self-motivated approach to impressing customers and achieving goals.
- Confident: Comfortably engaging with customers and delivering information clearly and persuasively.

3. **Soft Skills:**
- People Management: Ability to manage interactions effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with customers.
- Persuasion: Skill in influencing customer decisions with empathy and strategic communication.

4. **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Comfortable with various communication tools for remote support.

5. **Language Requirements:**
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
