Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, passionate, and possess strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms
- Analyze data and metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Monitor and optimize website performance and user experience
- Manage email marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
