Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a passionate and hardworking Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
3. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and provide feedback to improve customer experience.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain a high level of creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for customers.
6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

Requirements:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
5. Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
