### Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a part-time member, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer support through live chat interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in customer service, excellent communication skills, and an ability to handle diverse inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- **Problem-Solving:** Utilize critical thinking to assess customer needs and offer effective solutions or alternatives. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved inquiries.
- **Feedback Collection:** Actively solicit and record customer feedback regarding their experiences, offering insights for continuous improvement in service delivery.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to uphold excellent service standards and share insights on customer trends and preferences.
- **Knowledge Base Maintenance:** Keep updated with the latest product offerings, company policies, and industry trends to ensure accurate and relevant assistance is provided to customers.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed departmental KPIs, such as response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and chat resolution rates.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat or virtual assistance capacity.
- **Education:** A degree in Communication, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools as necessary.
