Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in marketing. This role will be based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, but will be remote.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Support the marketing team in various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing
- Independent and hardworking personality traits
- Strong analytical skills and creativity
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
