**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Operational Support:**

- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues promptly and efficiently.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and prepare summary reports for management.
- Assist in preparing training materials and documentation for new team members.

5. **Quality Assurance:**
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with company policies, customer service standards, and legal requirements.
- Provide feedback on potential risks and develop solutions to maintain high standards of service.

6. **Team Collaboration:**

**Key Requirements:**

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in operations or customer service.

**Soft Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data management and reporting.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management systems.
