Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Remote Operations Manager to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the remote operations of our company from George Town, Penang, Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize remote operations efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members worldwide to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to remote teams to ensure they meet their goals and objectives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Manage remote operations budget and resources effectively
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve remote operations processes
- Foster a culture of cooperation and collaboration among remote team members
