Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Remote Support Manager to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. As a Remote Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote support specialists who provide technical assistance to our customers. This is a part-time position located in George Town, Penang, MY, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and a requirement of at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of remote support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline the remote support operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support efforts
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in managing a remote support team
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in technical support tools and software
- Certification in remote support management is a plus
