Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and have a passion for providing excellent customer support. As a Remote Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients and partners with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions remotely.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide remote technical support to clients and partners.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless support experience for clients.
5. Document and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support.
7. Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall support experience.

Requirements:
1. Strong project management skills.
2. Ability to innovate and think creatively to solve problems.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.
6. No prior experience required - training will be provided.
