RESTAURANT MANAGER/ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGERRICHEESE FACTORY MALAYSIAis looking for talent from the Quick-Service-Restaurant industry to join our rapid growth business in Malaysia as Restaurant Manager / Asst. Restaurant Manager.
VACANCY AREA:Responsible for the daily management of the restaurant to meet and maintain Richeese Factory operations standards.
Accountable for achieving the set targets in-restaurant operations KPI's.
Ensure sufficient staffing to meet the restaurant operations requirements.
Provide training and developing outlet team to meet operations requirements and career development plan.
Responsible for product management to meet the quality requirements as per Richeese Factory Malaysia standards.
Maintaining Richeese Factory Malaysia's brand image and standards in all brand contact points.
Managing the profitability of the restaurant and meeting all financial targets.
Developing and executing sales building activities / Local Store Marketing to meet the sales target.
Ensuring total customer satisfaction at each customer contact point.
Maintaining cleanliness in meeting all Richeese Factory Malaysia sanitation standards and local government requirements.
Ensure that store meets the safety and security requirements as per Richeese Factory Malaysia standards and local government requirements.
To comply with all the admin and paperwork requirements.
Building a high-performance team and creating a fun working environment.
Uphold all company policies and standards and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in F&B operations managerial / supervisory position.
Good technical or SOP knowledge.
