Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Ensure consistent adherence to service standards, ensuring each guest receives a memorable dining experience. Requirements: We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clientsMinimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining establishments.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and manage a successful team.Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.Demonstrated ability to create and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
