We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead our restaurant to new heights of excellence.
Position: Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between the front and back of house.
• Lead by example, demonstrating punctuality, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
• Handle customer feedback, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to restaurant standards.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Develop and execute promotional strategies in coordination with the marketing team to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager with at least 3-5 years experience, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
• A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle all customer and team interactions with grace.
• A great personality with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring punctual and smooth operations.
• A keen understanding of financial management, inventory control, and sales reports.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to relocate to other branches / location within KL / Klang Valley.
• Please note that as Marco Creative Cuisine serves pork and alcohol, the role involves tasting and understanding our dishes, including pork-based items, as part of the menu curation and quality control process. Therefore, this role may not be suitable for individuals with dietary restrictions related to these items.
