Restaurant Supervisor

? Oversee all front of the house restaurant operations
? Hiring, organizing, supervising and managing the staff included training, develop and motivate to the staffs. Plan & Schedule work shift for restaurant staffing.
? Maintain high standards of quality control in food, service, hygiene and safety
? Responsible for banking in of sales money and safe keeping of company cash monies into Safe Deposit Box on daily basis.
? Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
? Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
? Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
? Perform any other job-related duties as and when assigned by management
