Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.Lead and train staff to achieve high standards of customer service.Maintain food safety and cleanliness according to regulations.Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.Foster positive relationships with customers and handle any complaints
effectively.
* Prepare reports and analyze restaurant performance.

Qualifications: Experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.Knowledge of German cuisine and culinary culture in general.Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Excellent leadership abilities and teamwork skills.Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
