About the role
As a Retail Product Advisor at Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to clients in our retail store located in the vibrant Bukit Bintang area of Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is crucial in driving sales and delivering a premium customer experience.
What you'll be doing Actively engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutionsDemonstrate product features and capabilities to help customers make informed purchasing decisionsManage inventory, stock replenishment and product displays to ensure the store is well-organised and invitingProvide post-sales support and address customer queries or concerns in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targetsStay up-to-date with the latest product developments, industry trends and competitive landscapeWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing sales role, preferably within the electronics or technology industryStrong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate technical features to non-technical customersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer serviceAbility to work well in a team, as well as independently, to achieve sales targets and business objectivesFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities, with a keen eye for detailProficiency in both English and Bahasa MalaysiaWhat we offer
