Retail Sales Executive

Retail Sales Executive Responsibilities include the following: '¢ To lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Retailing Department, including all supporting staffs and general workers such as plants maintenance (watering, weeding), pots, fertilisers, garden tools and other garden accessories arrangement and cleanliness and general Retail compound housekeeping and general cleanliness. To ensure all plants and other materials displayed in Retail Centre are always in good condition. '¢ To organise, plan and implement marketing/promotional activities for Retailing Department. '¢ To supervise workers in their routine works and ensure compliance to proper horticultural practices. '¢ To responsible on any matter related to cashless payment methods (e.g. e-wallet / Debit / Credit card) at Retail centre. '¢ To responsible to issue relevant document e.g. Material Transfer Form (MTF), Material Usage Form (MUF) and Material Adjustment Form (MAF) etc. for any item taken out from retail centre and ensure correct codes being applied in each case. '¢ To monitor stock level and customers' demand before proposing to management on what and how much stock to replenish and fill up Purchase Requisition Form (PR). '¢ To entertain walk in customers' inquiries on suitable plants & ways to maintain their garden etc. '¢ To ensure target sales achieved by doing promotion '"Year End Sales and Festive Sales (Raya, CNY, Deepavali) etc. '¢ Keeping yourself well informed about market trends and competitor products '¢ Attending to customers' sales and aftersales inquiries and feedback Requirements: '¢ Working placeProperty Developer Nursery and Landscape Building Construction Road ConstructionDiploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
