Retail Supervisor (Urgent Hiring)

Responsibilities: Support daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.Assist in leading, training, and motivating the sales team to meet sales targets.Help manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.Contribute to the development of visual merchandising strategies.Monitor and report on sales performance to identify growth opportunities.Handle transactions, process payments, and assist with returns or exchanges.Support the store's social media presence through engaging content (if applicable).Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.Assist in managing staff schedules and ensure accurate attendance tracking.Provide operational support, including sales and stock reporting. Job Requirement Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory roleWillingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clientsAbility to support sales goals and performance targets.Experience in assisting with staff scheduling and attendance reporting.Familiarity with sales forecasting, stock analysis, and reporting.
