Risk Based Inspection (Rbi) Team Lead

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) team to ensure effective implementation of RBI programs.
Develop and maintain RBI methodologies, strategies, and procedures.
Perform risk assessments and evaluate criticality of assets using RBI tools and techniques.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze asset data, inspection history, and process conditions.
Identify, prioritize, and recommend inspection plans and intervals based on risk analysis and asset conditions.
Coordinate and communicate RBI findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and review RBI program effectiveness and propose improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in RBI.
Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to RBI team members.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years' experience working as an Assistant Manager/ Manager related to chemical plant and plant equipment inspection.
In-depth knowledge of RBI methodologies and risk assessment techniques.
Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Previous experience in leading a team is preferred.
