Risk Management Executive

- Assist the department head in fulfilling the broad requirements of risk management at MIMOS.
- Support department operations for efficiency.
- Establish and maintain a risk register based on feedback from risk owners.
- Maintain records of risk management activities.
- Prepare quarterly risk management reports for various committees and the Board of Directors.
- Draft minutes of risk management meetings.
- Follow up on action items from meetings.
- Promote risk management awareness.
- Manage SharePoint sites related to risk management.
- Coordinate meetings related to risk management.

; Requirements:- - Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in risk management and/or corporate governance.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented.
- Skilled in identifying and analyzing risks.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Canva, and PDF.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of planning and coordinating risk management meetings.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Ability to learn and apply new skills and stay updated on current developments.
